Our Cancellation policies and procedures are as follows:-
- To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to full charge.
- Credit card details are required to secure an appointment.
- Clients who wish to change, or cancel their appointment, are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
A service charge is not included. Gratuities are at our clients discretion.
Please note that mobile phones must be switched off at all times within the spa.
