Do I have to make a reservation for my treatments?
Yes please, either call or visit the spa to make an appointment for your treatment and the receptionist will advise how much time you need for your treatment choice.
We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience and arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so we can record your current spa needs, offer you a refreshment and give you the opportunity to relax. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honored. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
What would you recommend as a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers may be purchased for any treatment or Day Spa Ritual and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Simply call the spa with your credit card details or visit our website at www.paua.com.hk
Can I bring my valuables into the Spa?
In the changing room you will find a locker for your personal effects. However, we do not encourage you to bring valuables to the spa. We will not assume any liability in the event of lost property.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable. Your spa therapist will conduct a consultation with you upon arrival to ensure that your visit is personally tailored to meet your individual requirements.
A robe, boxer shorts and towels are provided for male customers and a robe, disposable underwear and slippers for women.
At the end of your treatment you will have time to change and prepare yourself to rejoin the world, totally relaxed and at peace with your inner and outer being.
Should men save before a facial?
Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial.
